HOW TO USE THE SADP TOOL BASIC USER GUIDE: The guide will show you how to remotely connect to your DVR using the Armix Viewer V2 App.  This guide assumes that you have already setup your DVR network to a static IP, have port forwarded the IP address and related ports through your router, and are using a static external IP.  You can also use the DDNS service built-in to the DVR to give you a static remote route to your DVR in case your ISP uses dynamic IP for your location.  First you will need to download the Armix Viewer V2 from either the Android Play Store or the Apple App Store.  After you have downloaded and installed the App, launch the app on your phone to begin. After the loading screen you will need to hit the button in the top left hand corner to open the menu (circle icon with 3 horizontal lines). In the main system menu you will see a option called Devices, touch this option to continue. Once the Device page has opened touch the (+) Icon in the top right hand corner This will open the Add Device sub menu, touch the Manual Adding to continue You will now see the New Device page.  In the Alias field enter whatever will help you identify this device in the future.  The Address Field is your external IP address from where the DVR/NVR is located.  You can find out your external IP by going to http://www.whatsmyip.org/ on a computer that is using the same network.  Assuming you port forwarded the default port 8000, you can leave this field alone.  Enter your user name and password for the DVR (default user: admin & password: admin12345). Hit the Save icon on the top right corner to continue.  *If you get an error you will need to make sure you have properly port forwarded your DVR, double check that you have correctly entered your External IP, user name, and password then try again. If everything is correct you will get a screen similar to below.  Touch Start Live View to see your cameras. You can change the number of cameras on the screen by touching the 1, 4, 9, or 16 buttons on the bottom.  Also if you rotate your phone to landscape you will see additional options.  The most common options that you will use are the video stream selector and the e-zoom.  The video stream selector will let you can from the sub-stream to the main stream - this allows you to see the full HD stream from the camera and vastly improve the function of the e-zoom since the picture will be clearer.  Select the video stream by touching the 4th icon that looks like a window. When it opens it will be on Fluent, touch Clear to switch to the HD stream. Now that you are viewing the HD stream you can more effectively use e-zoom.  Touch the  icon to activate e-zoom. In order to use it, simple pinch-zoom on your screen to zoom in and the opposite to zoom out.  When you are finished with the App hit the back button and you will be prompted with a screen saying Logout? touch Confirm to leave the App.
