 The 5MP HD-TVI is the best low light performing camera that we sell, making this perfect in applications that have some ambient lighting - the camera can be set to always display color in these situations.  The advantage is that cameras left in color only mode at all times can see what color clothes someone is wearing, the color of cars, etc but they also gain the advantage of not using IR light which attracts flying bugs and spiders, causes IR blooms that makes the security footage less effective, and reflects off of objects making open areas appear too dark.  What's the catch?
